Ms. Kayemba was admitted to practice in California in 2004. Her real estate law experience includes the drafting and negotiation of contracts for land acquisition, financing and development of commercial real property and for construction materials and labor between developer and contractors. She has performed researched on easements, on zoning and municipal laws for the development of projects and on the requirements for construction permits. She has assisted the firm in the development of program materials for the Practising Law Institute Program on the proposed changes to California's mechanics lien laws and on other course-related research.
