3. Leasing: We have represented commercial landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial lease transactions including originations, leasehold financings, ground leasing, transfers and subleases, renegotiations and workouts.

We have developed lease documentation for projects and have handled lease negotiations for landlords and tenants in a variety of settings.

We have extensive experience in representing both sides of the leasing transaction - including lease negotiations for landlords and tenants.

4. Loan Workout and Portfolio Representation: We have provided representation in numerous loan modification, workout and restructure transactions and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. We have also provided services in connection with portfolio transactions arising out of distressed situations, both on the purchaser and seller side.
