6.             CALIFORNIA DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE

California law requires website operators to disclose how they respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals sent by users’ browsers. At present, the online industry has not developed a consistent or universally accepted technology standard that governs how websites should recognize or respond to such signals. Because of this lack of consensus, our web services do not alter, modify, or adjust their data-collection practices when a DNT signal is received.

Regardless of DNT settings, our website continues to operate using the same technologies described in this policy. As detailed above, we use a combination of web server logs, cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking tools to collect information about user interactions. This may include pages visited, time spent on each page, browser type, device identifiers, IP address information, and navigation patterns across our site.

The data gathered from web server logs helps us:

  • Analyze traffic trends and user behavior

  • Measure site performance and diagnose technical issues

  • Enhance security, detect misuse, and prevent fraudulent activities

  • Improve the overall functionality and accessibility of our web services

Cookies, meanwhile, enable us to:

  • Provide customized and user-friendly browsing experiences

  • Remember your preferences and optimize website features

  • Tailor content and, where applicable, deliver advertising that aligns with your interests

  • Facilitate certain core functions that would not operate properly without these technologies

While we currently do not respond to DNT signals, we remain committed to transparency and responsible data practices. Should industry standards or legal requirements change regarding the recognition of Do Not Track signals, we will update this policy to reflect any modifications in our practices.

If you would like to manage how cookies or other tracking technologies operate on your device, you may do so through your browser settings or by utilizing available opt-out mechanisms described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
